2024 - what a year you were. Another year supporting sustainability in the beauty industry in various ways and avenues. As this year comes to an end, we’d like to reflect what we’ve done this year and share it with all of you.
This year’s goals ended up looking differently than I originally had planned for Salonvironment, but it was brought great opportunities for the beauty industry - for that I am thankful and I am excited to bring that energy into the next year.
Let’s talk about some of the things that we did through Salonvironment

And some of our daily tasks that take up our day-to-day…

Wrote 9 articles for our website
Advocated our various causes such as Protect the Porkies, Shut Down Line 5, standing behind a Global Plastic Treaty, and others
Connecting with incredible individuals that are looking to make the world a better place. Innovators, artists, manufacturers, salon owners, recyclers… and so many others
We have many ideas of what we’d like to do for 2025. There are so many opportunities to help educate, create actionable steps, and help bridge the gap where it needs it.
This includes going back to becoming more locally involved and offering more tools and resources to professionals looking for easy, sustainable actions.
Have a Happy New Year, everyone! We’re excited to see you then.
